Collection: Online Professional Development Courses

As a small, employee-owned organization, we put a great deal of care, time, and resources into creating high-quality learning experiences. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on our Essentials Courses or Online Professional Development Courses once access has been granted.

Our Certification Courses follow a separate refund policy, which is outlined in detail in our Student Handbook—we encourage all certification students to review that information carefully.

While we can’t offer refunds, we can offer support. If something isn’t clicking or you need a little extra help along the way, please reach out. We’re always happy to work with you to provide additional resources, guidance, or suggestions to help meet your needs whenever possible.

Think of it like a Montessori lesson: once the materials are on the shelf, the learning begins—and we’re right there with you to support the process. 😊
